Shoper integration

Handle orders from Shoper and from marketplaces in one place

OpenLinker gathers orders from Shoper and from marketplaces onto one list. From there you pack, print labels and send the tracking number back to wherever the order came from, while you keep running your catalogue and stock in Shoper.

To get started you need:a shop on Shoperan API token from the Shoper panel

In short. OpenLinker is open-source order management software with a 0 zł licence that connects a shop on Shoper, the Polish shop platform, to marketplaces such as Allegro and ERLI. Shop and marketplace orders sit on one list, you keep running your catalogue and stock in Shoper, and the InPost or DPD tracking number goes back to Shoper and the marketplace on its own.

Sound familiar?

Several panels before your first coffee

Shop orders in Shoper, marketplace orders in separate tabs. You pack from several lists and copy the tracking number by hand from one place to another.

Sold on one channel, still showing on another

The last item sells on one marketplace, but your other listings still show it. Someone buys stock you no longer have, and it ends with an apologetic phone call.

Your Shoper edit vanishes at the next sync

Some integrations want your products to live in their panel. You change a description in your shop, and the next sync brings the old version back.

An ordinary Tuesday: 120 orders from several channels, one list and one packing station

  1. 08:00Last night 3 new hoodies appeared in Shoper. By morning they’re in OpenLinker, with sizes, photos, category and VAT rate. You list them on marketplaces with a wizard that takes up to 100 products at once.
  2. 10:12Someone buys the last Basic Hoodie in size M on a marketplace. The order lands on the list in OpenLinker, next to your shop orders. OpenLinker also creates it in Shoper, so the stock drops in one place, and straight away sets your other listings to zero.
  3. 12:30On the list in OpenLinker you select the ready orders from every channel and create labels in batches. The pickup point the buyer chose is already on the order.
  4. 13:00The packer goes to the packing station in OpenLinker and scans the items. The parcel closes itself after the last correct scan, and the label and sales document print right there.
  5. 16:00The courier collects the parcels. The tracking number and the shipped status go back to the channel the order came from: Shoper or the marketplace.

What OpenLinker does for you

  • New or changed productOpenLinker pulls it from Shoper with its variants, all its photos, its category and its VAT rate. From then on you can list it on marketplaces.
  • Shop orderShoper reports it straight away, and it lands on the list in OpenLinker, next to your marketplace orders.
  • Marketplace purchaseThe order appears on the same list. OpenLinker also creates it in Shoper, so the stock drops in one place, and straight away carries the new stock level to your other listings.
  • Parcel sentThe tracking number and the “shipped” status go back to the channel the order came from: Shoper or the marketplace.

Your catalogue stays in Shoper

You handle orders in OpenLinker, but you don’t move your products into yet another panel. You keep running your catalogue in Shoper as you do now, and marketplaces take whatever you set there.

  • Products, variants and photosYou add them in Shoper. OpenLinker pulls them from there with the whole gallery.
  • Categories and VAT ratesYou set them in Shoper, and your listings take them from there.
  • Marketplace listingsThey’re built from your Shoper catalogue. You don’t keep a second copy of your products in another panel.
  • You switch on writing to the shop yourselfUntil you turn on creating orders in Shoper, OpenLinker only reads your catalogue and stock.

You don’t have to take our word for it

You can check each of these yourself before you connect anything.

  • An order won’t be created twiceBefore creating an order in Shoper, OpenLinker checks whether it has already created it there. That holds even when the connection drops and the attempt is repeated.See the Shoper integration code

What you’ll pay each month

You pay nothing for the OpenLinker licence, however much you sell. You pay for the server, and its price grows with your traffic, not with each order.

Who helps you

From setup to API changes, at every stage you know who is looking after it.

  1. At the start

    Getting set up

Who: You, a partner or us

You get a setup wizard and a step-by-step guide. If you’d rather not do it yourself, an implementation partner or we will set it up. We’ll set it up for you

  2. When something stops working

    Support under an SLA

    Who: Us

You can report an outage that stops your sales at any time, weekends included. We take technical questions on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 and reply on the next working day. SLA levels

  3. When Shoper or a marketplace changes something

    Updates

    Who: Us

We adapt the integration to API changes, and the fix ships in the next OpenLinker release. You install it yourself, or a partner or we do it for you.

Your installation belongs to you: it runs on your server, your orders and customer data sit in your database, and the code is open under the Apache 2.0 licence.

How to get started

  1. In the Shoper panel, choose “Add integration” and tick the areas the wizard lists.
  2. In OpenLinker, paste your shop address and the token, and the wizard checks the connection.
  3. Turn on notifications. To start with, OpenLinker only reads, and you add orders whenever you’re ready.

Got several warehouses in Shoper? Connect just the catalogue and leave stock to the tool you use now.

Rather not do it yourself? We’ll set it up for you. Step-by-step guide.

Questions about the Shoper integration

I already use another Shoper integration with marketplaces. How do I switch without duplicate orders?

One channel at a time. To start with, OpenLinker only reads your catalogue and stock, so there’s nothing to duplicate. Orders from a given marketplace are created in Shoper by one tool only: first you switch that off in the old tool, then you switch it on here. In our partner shop programme we’ll do it together.

Do I have to pack in OpenLinker?

No. The packing station and assigning parcels to packers are part of the OMS module, which you turn on when you want. Without it you still handle orders from the list in OpenLinker: labels, statuses and tracking numbers.

Which marketplaces does it work with?

Allegro and ERLI today. More marketplaces will join the same catalogue and the same order list in Shoper.

Which contract do I use to send Allegro Standard shipments?

Allegro’s contract, because Allegro has required this since 22 August 2024. You use your own carrier contract for shop orders, for other marketplaces and for Allegro listings outside Standard.

Who issues the invoice or receipt?

The invoicing or receipt software you connect to OpenLinker, for example inFakt, Subiekt or eparagony.pl. The document is created for an order on the list, and at the packing station you print it together with the label.
