ERLI integration

ERLI integration: one more marketplace without one more panel

You list products on ERLI, a Polish marketplace, straight from your shop. ERLI uses Allegro’s categories, so any category matches you already have work from day one. Stock comes from your shop, and ERLI orders land on the same list as your shop orders and those from other marketplaces.

listings and orders

In short. OpenLinker is open-source order management software with a free licence that connects your shop to ERLI, a Polish marketplace. You list products straight from your shop, up to 100 at a time, and ERLI uses the Allegro categories you already have. Stock comes from your shop, and ERLI orders sit on one list with orders from your other channels.

Sound familiar?

A new marketplace, a new panel

You add ERLI next to your other channels and suddenly there is another window to watch: separate listings, separate orders, separate stock.

Categories from scratch?

With every new channel it looks as if you have to match all your categories again, even though you have done it once already.

The order that slipped through

The marketplace’s notification never arrived and the order sits there until someone spots it. The customer writes first.

Thursday: 117 listings on ERLI before noon, and ERLI orders next to the rest

  1. 08:15You tick 100 products from your shop in OpenLinker and open the listing wizard for ERLI. You set the dispatch time for the whole batch and, if you like, a mark-up on the price.
  2. 08:40Categories take care of themselves: a product with an Allegro category passes it to ERLI with no work from you. The wizard sets 3 products with no photo aside and says why.
  3. 10:30Second batch, 20 products. ERLI accepts the listings in the background, and OpenLinker checks every hour which ones are live.
  4. 12:05Someone buys an Urban Backpack 20 l on ERLI. ERLI sends a notification straight away, and if it does not arrive, OpenLinker checks for orders every 5 minutes anyway. The order lands on the list next to your shop orders and those from other marketplaces.
  5. 15:30The parcel goes out with InPost. Once it is dispatched, the sent status and the tracking number go back to the order on ERLI.

What OpenLinker does for you

  • Product with an Allegro categoryThe ERLI listing gets the same category and parameters, because ERLI accepts Allegro category numbers.
  • Stock change in your shopThe new level goes to the linked ERLI listings. Stock you froze by hand in the ERLI panel is left alone.
  • New order on ERLIERLI notifies straight away, and OpenLinker checks the order inbox every 5 minutes as well, so none goes missing.
  • Cancelled orderThe item goes back into stock on the ERLI listing, because ERLI does not restore it itself.

Where an ERLI listing gets its category

ERLI has no category tree of its own. It accepts Allegro’s category numbers, so OpenLinker reaches for what you already have.

When you also sell on Allegro

Allegro category

The product already has an Allegro category and parameters, for example from your own matches. ERLI gets them unchanged.

When you have no Allegro matches

Shop category

The product has no Allegro category, so OpenLinker passes your shop’s category to ERLI instead.

When you have not set categories yet

No category

The product has no category at all. The listing is still created, because ERLI does not make the category compulsory.

You don’t have to take our word for it

You can check each of these yourself before you connect anything.

  • An ERLI order will not go missingERLI sends each order notification only once. That is why OpenLinker checks the order inbox itself every 5 minutes, and saves each order exactly once, whichever way it arrived.See the ERLI integration code

What you’ll pay each month

You pay nothing for the OpenLinker licence, however much you sell. You pay for the server, and its price grows with your traffic, not with each order.

  3. When ERLI changes something

    Updates

    Who: Us

We adapt the integration to API changes, and the fix ships in the next OpenLinker release. You install it yourself, or a partner or we do it for you.

Your installation belongs to you: it runs on your server, your orders and customer data sit in your database, and the code is open under the Apache 2.0 licence.

How to get started

  1. In the ERLI panel, go to Ustawienia sklepu (shop settings), choose Własna integracja po API (your own API integration) and generate a key.
  2. In OpenLinker, add an ERLI connection, paste the key and click Test connection.
  3. Turn on order notifications, set a default dispatch time and assign ERLI delivery methods to your carriers.

Choosing an API integration switches off adding products by hand in the ERLI panel. From then on you manage your listings in OpenLinker.

Rather not do it yourself? We’ll set it up for you. Step-by-step guide.

Questions about the ERLI integration

Do I have to sell on Allegro to list on ERLI?

No. If your products have Allegro categories, ERLI takes them over. If not, the listing gets your shop’s category or goes up with no category, because ERLI does not make the category compulsory.

What if I change something by hand in the ERLI panel?

ERLI marks that field as frozen and OpenLinker does not overwrite it. That covers stock, price, title and description, so your manual fix stays.

Do price changes in my shop reach ERLI on their own?

You set the price when you list: from your shop product, with a mark-up or as a fixed amount. A later change to the price, title or description you send from OpenLinker on the listing. Stock follows your shop on its own.

Can I connect more than one ERLI shop?

Yes. Each ERLI connection has its own key, settings and listings, and orders from all of them land on one list in OpenLinker.

Who ships ERLI orders?

You do, on your own carrier contract. In OpenLinker you assign ERLI delivery methods to a carrier, for example InPost or DPD, and the tracking number goes back to the order on ERLI.
